I had an EXCELLENT experience here! I have been considering an electric bike for some time and just went in to check them out. The owner (Jason) put zero pressure on me to buy and, in fact, mentioned maybe just renting one to see if it was for me or not. While I was there he literally let me test drive every type of bike they had on site, which was a smart move because I walked away with one! I left the store around 6pm and I didn't stop riding until 10:30 that night! The bike is awesome! A week in, I've got a couple hundred miles on it. So comfortable, still a great workout, excellent battery life, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've got a feeling I need to start saving up for my wife's bike next! I looked at other brands, like YOLO, and, while they're somewhat cheaper, the quality of the Pedego is unmatched. Just look at the 5 year warranty they stand by versus 2 with every other bike I looked at. I feel confident I'll have this bike for years to come! UPDATE: 2 years and almost 3,000 miles later, this bike rides like the day I bought it! I just had my first issue with it. A small screw came loose and I lost it. I live about 8 hours away now. We were in Destin for a family vacation and swung by to rent some ebikes for a family outing. The service was great and staff was very knowledgeable. We had a large group and they were able to accommodate everyone with a bike and helmet, including a bike with covered seating for our two small children! Staff gave us an overview on each bike we used and had us test them out in the parking lot to make sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered before taking off. No one in our group had ridden ebikes before, and they were able to guide us well enough for us to feel comfortable and confident on our excursion.

They were able to recommend routes for us to get the most out of our trip. We rode up and down 30A, around Grayton Beach, stopped for lunch at a local brew pub, and took a leisurely ride through Seaside. All of the bikes were in fantastic condition, if not completely brand new.
