We purchased tickets on Fandango, which listed the seats as general admission. We arrived at the theater and collected our tickets from the concessions stand, along with 2 drinks and a bag of popcorn ($20). The soda options were great, but the popcorn lacked. My wife recently had an accident and broken her leg and arm, so we arrived early to the theater to make sure we could get her wheelchair in and get handicap seat for her, which we did. About 5 minutes after the movie started, two ladies came over and asked if we were in their seats. We explained to them that to our knowledge all seats were general admission and that we needed the handicap seating. They were fine with it and sat down a few rows behind us. About 5minutes later another couple came in and began to make a big stink about those ladies being in their seats. The guy yelled to the woman that was with him to go get an employee to get the stupid people out of his seat, and she did. At about 15minutes into the movie, a young teenager asked to see our tickets and told us that seating was actually assigned, and to check out our tickets. He told us we would need to get up, and go to our assigned seats that were on the other side of the theater and several rows back. So we had to stand up and get her situated in her wheelchair, move to the other side of the theater, a help her to hop one-footed up the stairs and down the aisle to our assigned seats while the rest of the theater watched us. No accommodations were made, no one offered to trade seats, and the theater staff's only suggestion to us was to not buy our tickets on Fandango next time. This was our first time visiting B&B and will likely be our last. Disappointing and embarrassing. Save a few dollars and...
Read moreMy wife and I have patronized this business several times and we are always very pleased. It's clean, has great service, recent movies, convenient location, and competitively priced against their competitors.
While it's unfortunate for the business owners, there is never a huge crowd that delays our entry or disrupts our viewing experience with lots of noise. The employees are attentive and friendly... almost as if they are family members (which they might be) but my point is they really care about their patrons.
The seating is comfortable and the best seats are always available. The sound and video is perfect. All of the furnishings are up to date and well kept. Parking is very close to the door. We can arrive five minutes before the advertised movie start time and still be in our seats with time to spare.
So why drive to Tulsa when you can visit a quality cinema close to home? Spare yourself some gasoline/travel costs, time, and frustration by patronizing a local business who offers the same experience with friendly...
Read moreUpdating from previous review and removing a star. Went to see a movie here, first time in a couple years. Theater has definitely gained some age, cleaning and maintenance doesn't seem to be top priority. Went to sit down in our seats and they were still dirty from the previous movie and had popcorn in them and trash in the cup holder. My back headrest had something sticky on it and my date's headrest was peeling off. Movie played fine, quality seemed okay and sound was okay. Went to the restroom and one of the urinals was taped off, which is fine but I'm assuming it's been that way for a while because after I went to wash my hand and the center sink just didn't work and none of them had hot water.
They also turned on the light prior to the movie ending, everyone knows marvel has a scene after the credits but can't really see it because the light were on.
All in all it's a budget theater experience for a...
