They put in a well for us 4 years ago in 2021. Well has no pressure or electricity now (June 2025), called and 2 guys came, said the pump burned and needed replacement. They pulled the old pump and left it at site, went to get the new pump, put the new pump in, still nothing. Then said transfer box needed replacement, went to get the box and conveniently took the old pump with them, came back without the old pump, put the new box in, everything is back to normal. We questioned them if the old pump was still good and it was just the box that was bad. They gave the BS of the pump was bad and it caused the box to be bad too. Refused to give any insights regarding the old pump or anything beyond “I will never do you over like that”. Charged $3,000 for something that should only be a fraction of it.

Then they cannot process cards on-site and requested to write down cards info. The card has been charged the second day.

What a shameful and dishonest practice, never using them again....

I had them come over to give me an estimate. They were expensive, said it would be 8 weeks before they could do the work and to plan on having a large drilling truck on mine and my neighbor's property for a week. At the time I thought this might be standard so I signed what I thought was the estimate - they are calling a contract. OK, maybe it was a contract - but it included the down payment amount which I did not pay, therefore felt there was no obligation. Yet, even though I was told the work would be 8 weeks out, they immediately purchased a permit which blocks any other company from getting one. Then they threatened to put a lien on my home if I didn't pay them $150 for the permit. So I paid. But I also posted my experience in a negative review. I purchased a well pump roughly 4 years ago from this company. Technician come out a few months later and he said that we needed a more powerful pump. I didn’t buy another one and ask why did your company install this pump a few years ago. Today I had another company come out and my well is bent at 55 ft. American drilling didn’t tell me this when I bought the pump. I need a new pump that 3 inch to go down 120 feet. Wish I was told this when I bought the last one
