I discovered this place through an Instagram ad promoting a special offer, which caught my attention.

During my first visit, I was assisted by a staff member named Rhonda. She offered me a 10-session package for $1,700, which I thought was a reasonable price. I agreed to it and started my first session that same day.

When I returned two weeks later for my second session, I noticed Rhonda wasn’t there, but I didn’t think much of it since there were other staff members available.

At my third session, however, the assistant mentioned, “This is your third session out of five.” I immediately corrected her and said, “No, I was offered 10 sessions, and that’s what I paid for.” The owner happened to be present at the time, overheard the conversation, checked the paperwork, and looked at me in disbelief before stating that I had only paid for five sessions.

I explained that Rhonda, her employee, was the one who offered and sold me the 10-session package. That’s when she informed me that Rhonda no longer worked there, but she would reach out to her and follow up with me.

Unfortunately, the owner never contacted me again, never apologized, and treated me as if I were being difficult or dishonest. It became a case of my word against theirs, and to make matters worse, I was never given a detailed receipt or confirmation of the 10-session package— their responsibility to provide a receipt and I recognize it was my mistake no asking for it, a lesson learned.

The owner was unprofessional, dismissive of the situation, and failed to take any responsibility for her former employee’s actions. Even if there was a misunderstanding, the bare minimum would have been to show sincere concern and offer a genuine apology.

In the end, I only received five sessions, which didn’t make much of a difference for me. I was simply trying to achieve a bit more toning, and I never heard back from the owner.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place. The owner showed no accountability for the misinformation I was given and no care for a client...

I recently had my teeth whitened at Lux Wellness, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The owner and the technician were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. Knowing that all the ingredients they use are natural gave me a lot of confidence, especially since it was my first time doing something like this. Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations going in, but I was blown away by the results.

Well they don’t tell you it’s painful and the woman was rude to me and my teenage son. She even complained about a different customer having her children last week and once I told her I didn’t have 2500$ today for a treatment plan, I no longer felt comfortable there. She made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of being there.
