I ordered on the app today at 2:30pm for a 3:45pm pickup. I walk inside at 3:45 and was told it was almost done and would be right out. They were not busy. The pizza portal was empty and had no names on the screen. I wait and was eventually told that there was a screw up and it was never made. I told the woman that I was heading into work and couldn't be late. At 4:12pm the gentleman called me back to the counter and asked what I had ordered. I show him my order info on my phone and he pulls the pizza out of the pizza portal. It's bad enough that I had to wait for 30 mins for food that should have been ready immediately. I was pretty upset that whoever made it, just stuck it into the pizza portal while I sat there patiently waiting. I don't even know how long I sat there waiting while it was ready and sitting under the warmer. My name was written on the box and the screen for the pizza portal was still blank. Not a single person apologized for the wait or seemed to care about the problem. I will not go back. I shouldn't have to be rude or get loud to get good service or an apology. The main reason why I stopped going here in the first place is because I kept having to wait after making orders online. Don't get me wrong, I understand that stuff happens and never complain if I have to wait a few minutes. If I order and pay ahead of time, I expect it to be ready promptly. Read moreUsually call in a pizza ever so often and usually have problems with no one picking up or endless waiting on hold like they forgot they had a call, recently Spent 18+ minutes on hold and had the time to unearth my forgetten Little Cesar's app update a replaced payment card, reset the password, and relearn how to use it while on hold for 8 minutes of the 18, I have a bias at the moment since I'm angry but it just reminds me of other experiences, good pizza though. If you choose this one to go to just go in and wait 15+ minutes for anything but cheese and pepperoni or download the app, do not call, also had the incorrect order delivered to me and had me come out in my pajamas at night to fix, seems to be a night crew problem because around noon this isn't a problem, One girl was blaming door dash and other people with her co work took the brunt of all the angry customers as she was allowed...
Read moreTo the woman that answered the phone on 3/1/2022 around 4:15pm you really need to learn customer service. I wasn’t the one that called, but I heard the attitude over the speaker phone. I was assisting a gentleman that was trying to order pizza for his aunt that was sick, but his aunt only had cash. So that would be a great thing to mention over the phone the first time! You wouldn’t have to receive a 2nd phone call and catch a little snarky attitude. It’s not a common practice for pizza delivery not to accept cash.
Some older folks don’t believe in banks and aren’t familiar with having to order online instead of just calling. I was assisting with the online process for the gentlemen, but he didn’t know he had to have a debit card.
