This pains me to write because I really love the store and I would give the clothes a 5. I first went into the store to look around the second week of January and was excited to come back and really shop. I stopped in on Wednesday the 1st of February to get a few things I have been wanting. I started trying on and need help for sizing and tried to get the attention of the lady working but she seemed disinterested in helping me, she was taking selfies and so engrossed in her phone I couldn’t get her attention. I continued trying the rest of the clothes on. Afterwards I had three things in my hand to buy and continued looking around. The woman (who was wearing jeans) still sitting on the bench was still looking through her phone, I asked her if I could pay and she flat out ignored me, I guess until she was done posting on social media!!!! Just not nice! It was very insulting and I felt like I was bothering her, so put the items back and left the store. I have been to another Monkees location in SC and Tampa and will stick with them. I hated the way this woman treated me and she seemed to not care much about her job but more about how she looked and spending time on her phone. Thankfully, I found all the pieces I liked online and in the right sizes. It is such a shame that such nice store with nice clothes has someone like that working there.
