Stretch Zone — Local services in Saugus

Two months ago I started going to Stretch Zone in Saugus 2 times a week. I have back, knee, neuropathy, you name it I got it. Its been tough just getting out of bed. I have walked with a cane for 3 years. After the first two weeks of going I was able to ditch the cane for short walks. Then I decided to walk the track after stretching , two times a week. Today for the first time I was able to carry the cane all the way around and didn't need it. When I ever stood and washed my dishes and didn't have to lean on counter to finish them was amazing. I am extremely happy with Stretch Zone and my PT girl Mia Ryan. If you are always in pain, find it hard to walk. Go get stretched, it really does work. Cane is now in the closet. I had an appointment at stretch zone today with a different person name Fernanda. She was very rude to me and wanted me to pay before I was stretched and told me I had to sign up today and the visit was $85 dollars but I needed to sign up today I am very disappointed because I have a serious pectoral issue going on with my arm and all I wanted was to get stretched and Strengthen my arm, but the customer service today is so sad.
