We went for food and this was during a limited "IF" event. We got Spicy Pablano Eggs Benedict, Coney Island omelette "IF menu", The bomb pop soda"IF menu", Spicy Pablano omelette, French toast sandwich "IF menu", Tre Leche pancakes, and Breakfast Crepes.
Spicy Pablano Eggs Benedict - Eggs where a bit on the small side and the hollandaise sauce was cold, there also wasn't enough meat and peppers underneath the eggs. The side of "Seasoned" potatos where not seasoned at all and required salt, pepper, and cholula. 0.5/5 stars.
Spicy Pablano omelette - very good, best omelette that they've had in long time. The peppers and sauce were fantastic, the cheese was disappointingly prepackaged not melted. 5/5 stars.
Tre leche pancakes - Very soggy and Luke warm. flavor was good just a texture issue. 3.5/5 stars.
Coney Island omelette (IF menu)- decent omelette, cold. Definitely would have been better if it was hot. 3/5 stars.
Breakfast Crepes - heatlamp warm, prepackaged cheese, the crepes had no flavor, and the eggs weren't seasoned, dry on the inside, the bacon was the only redeeming quality. 3/5 stars.
Bomb pop "soda" (IF menu) - the soda is in quotations for a reason, the "soda" was either out of syrup or just carbonated water, it had blue raspberry syrup at the bottom, and a melting bomb pop in it. Just tasted like carbonated water with a bomb pop in it, not worth ordering. 0.5/5 stars.
French Toast sandwich (IF menu) - please make this a normal menu item, honestly the best food we received, both sweet and savory breakfast items all in a sandwich form. 5/5 stars.

Read moreI just came home from dining in at IHOP and had the best customer service experience. Julia P, who waited on us, was a breathe of fresh air. She came right up to us once we sat down and asked if we were interested in a drink and listed all of our options. The chocolate milk offering was very tempting but I grabbed a soda instead. Our food came out right away and it was hot and satisfying, for a quick bite, at 1am, after a wu-tang concert! We cleaned off our plates and she noticed the only thing my husband didn't eat was his sausages. Although he seemed like he was done, she still offered to switch the sausages out for something else that he may enjoy. He was pleasantly surprised and opted in for more bacon! Before this interaction, I heard her ask another guest if their food was too light and if they wanted it cooked more - they kindly declined because it was just right! This little gesture speaks volumes because some people don't like to speak up so Julia gave her guest the opportunity to make a request if they needed to. Service like this is a rarity. And Employees like this are too far and few in-between; I'm so grateful to know that genuine human interactions like this still exists in the world - especially in the food industry. You are lucky to have her as a valuable member of your team.
Sidenote: the bathroom was very clean and we all know how priceless this is too nowadays!!! Places like this IHOP specifically, will get my business because of people like Julia P.
Now, say it louder for the people in the...

First impression, the lobby looked dirty. Needed to be vacuumed desperately, and it was still morning time. Ordered our food and had to ask the waitress for more coffee after sitting with empty cups for awhile. Then my colorado omelet came and I immediately noticed was smaller than all the other IHops I've even been to and it had hardly any filling. There was no salsa that was supposed to come with it so I had to ask because she dropped our meals and took off again without asking us if we were all set. Waited about 5 minutes to get her attention for it, and another 5 for her to grab the salsa while my food with was getting cold. When we finished eating, we sat waiting for the check for 25 minutes. The place wasnt even busy. She never checked on us to see if we needed anything through the whole entire meal. The check came and my omelet was $18.49? Are you kidding me???? I wish I had taken a picture of it, it was a joke. Most expensive IHop I've ever been to. Egg prices havent raised that much in the past few weeks! I'll never go to that location again. The omelet portion was worth about...
