I just bought a new house and was looking for furniture pieces. I had stopped by here a few times to see what they have. The prices are really reasonable for their in-stock items. The Costco merchandise is an absolute deal, especially if you compare it to what they go for online. I went in there one day and found a rug I liked, but it had a small stain. He went ahead and gave it to me for free, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. He could have just discounted it, but he insisted! I kept coming back for my sectional hunt. However, due to my living room setup, I needed something very specific, which I had to order online due to the unique dimensions required. I found something that checked all the boxes online at a big-box furniture store. I mentioned it to the owner, and he was able to beat the price of the big-box store and ordered it for me that day. It did take a few weeks and a couple of delays—again, none of this is his fault. But he got all the pieces ordered exactly as I wanted. Because of the delays (again, not his fault but the manufacturer’s), he personally offered to deliver it himself in his own pickup truck, coming to our house and staying until nearly 10 o’clock delivering, moving in, and setting up this new sectional. We noticed the color was off. He offered to take it back and give me a full refund—no questions asked and no hesitation. We ultimately decided to keep it, just because of the specific dimensions we ordered. I don’t think we’ll be able to find another couch that can meet all those needs. All that to say, Cody demonstrated himself as an honest, genuine, and compassionate person (compared to these big-box furniture store salesmen), and for that alone, he will have me as a repeat customer! I feel incredibly lucky to have found this place at the time I was buying and moving into a new home. The selection and prices are about 50% off retail, and the service in wonderful.

The owner - Cody is friendly, helpful and honest. I set up a delivery for the day after I bought the house, and his team came on time and placed everything where I needed it.

Cody also has a mattress company (it’s been in business for quite a while), I also purchased a king size mattress, box spring and frame- and it’s perfect.

The customer service here is top notch. We just moved to the area and our stuff hasn’t arrived yet, so we stopped in to see what they had in stock. We loved the variety of options and excellent prices, and Cody was extra helpful and accommodating. We bought two couches and a patio chair. When we assembled the couches we realized a piece was broken so I contacted Cody and he got back to me quickly and offered a replacement. Truly appreciate how easy it was to get the issue fixed.
