Fannie May — Local services in Schaumburg Township

This is a wonderful store. I have been here many times and have always been well taken care of. Today I went to get some candy and saw that it was curbside only. I called while sitting in the parking lot and Bonnie answered the phone. As I told her what I needed, Bonnie had Ellie and Keijara get the order together. I was on my way again in under ten minutes and that included asking questions, ordering quite a few items, paying and having Ellie bring it out curbside. Everyone at this store is great. They are always courteous, friendly and extremely kind. All these women are a definite credit to Fannie May.

Even though my name is Bonnie, this Bonnie at FM is a 5-Star person! She is so friendly, helpful and remembers you. It's like she is part of the family! I come in to bring FM to my mom in Las Vegas because we all grew up on it and it's the best chocolate. Bonnie remembers me all the time and what I get for my mom every time and also asks how she is doing at the age of 88 years young. She offered helpful suggestions and made the process of picking out a gift so enjoyable.
