Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Schaumburg Township

My medication was out of stock at my normal Walgreens pharmacy and my pharmacist said to call other Walgreens to see if they had my meds in stock. I was also told that other Walgreens could see my prescription in the Walgreens database. I called this pharmacy to see if they had my prescription and was met with the rudest lady. She was curt from the get go and refused to tell me whether my medication was in stock. I asked if she could look up my prescription and then tell me if it was in stock and she refused again. My mom has lived next-door at Brookdale and there are times she needs a medication quick ! No matter how busy they never fail to jump thru hoops! Just this week they were able to get a prescription out within the hour for three medicines and it was able to be delivered the next hour! The staff is polite, efficient, smart, empathetic and they know that they’re doing a service to people who are in need of medical help. Most unprofessional staff, my mom had a deep cut in her finger, we went there for tetnus shot, it was 10:30 at night, name of the pharmacist was Robin, she was so rude, just refused, she said we dont provide vaccination this late, come back tomorrow morning, I said please try to understand the situation, there is a severe cut, she said this is not an emergency room, go there, I am leaving.
