I was taking a sister trip when my sister and I decided to drive to this store since we both found it in tictoc. I was coming from Dallas and drove to Houston to pick her up to head that way. The minute we walked in we weren't even greeted so we continued to browse the store anyway After awhile I asked one of the employee did they have a restroom and she stared at me like if she didn't even understand what I had asked her a customer overheard me and advised were the restroom were. We continued to shop.The same employee didn't even let us know that they had an upstairs and that that they had sale rack till we overheard her tell another customer. Also at check out the other employee was aski g the customers were they registered or wanted to register so they could eatn points we werent even askrd that question I went ahead and purchased something anyway even after the fact. I guess we were just excited and looking foward of going to the boutique. After we walked out the store told my sister we should of just continued to Gruene Tx and should off not driven there but my sister wanted to take advantage of our girls trip.I will definitely not come back or recommend it to others people sometimes forget money has no color and we should all be treated with respect and not choose who were going to treat nice and make...

I’ve loved bless your heart for many years but after my last experience I’m not sure I’ll return. I had to ask for a fitting room when there was two girls at the cash wrap, one was checking out another customer but the other sales associate was hiding in the back. She saw me standing there with two of the same sweaters but just looked away. I decided to purchase the sweater which was with the sale items. Bless your heart advertised 25% off one item on social media only noting that Jon hart was excluded. When I went to check out I asked about the 25% off and she said “oh we can’t do that, it just like won’t let us” and I explained that that wasn’t noted online and there are times that they do sale on sale. I asked if she was sure and she said yes, and so did the other girl at the counter. I felt that their post very misleading. I also mentioned it to them on instagram, they saw it but I received no response. Extremely disappointing considering the sweater was close to $80. Poor customer service and false/misleading social media...

Stopped in yesterday and came out with a different experience than my Mother. I was greeted warmly by the cashier (who was helping another customer). Soon after, I saw at least two other employees straightening up displays—while watching my daughter and I. No pleasantries were given. One lady even stared at us like we were going to steal something—never have I had this experience from anywhere in my life. I left the store soon after because I wasn’t going to spend my money in a place that I was so obviously not deemed wealthy enough to shop in their store.
