I always like to try a place more than once before I write a review, especially bran new places. That being said today makes my 4th stop at Think coffee, I have tried the Vietnamese Coffee, Americano, White Chocolate and Vanilla Latte and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. I am actually incredibly excited about this coffee shop. SO GOOD! The owner Maria is always the one at the window, she is always smiling and just a very pleasant person to speak with. This is a stellar coffee shop with easily the nicest owner I have ever met and its in Bracken. That's a win, win, win. Now, about this coffee. Probably the coolest thing I have learned about this place is that Maria makes all her syrups from scratch! So you are not getting over processed junk with tons of preservatives put into your morning cup of joe (another win). She wants her customers to experience the flavor of the coffee bean its self not just the things she puts into it. She takes pride in the bean that she selected for her shop and tries to heighten its flavor with what she adds to her tasty drinks not hide it. As a person that actually enjoys the flavor of a good coffee bean I appreciate this. Most coffee shops try way to hard to be starbucks but not Think Coffee Co and I LOVE IT! If you are a starbucks person that likes the super sweet coffee with so much stuff in it you cant taste the coffee this may not be the place for you but I'm sure if you tell maria that's what you are looking for she can make it happen. On the other hand if you enjoy a good cup of quality coffee this is 100% the spot for you! Thanks for blessing Bracken with such a wonderful...

Their baked goods are like nothing else I've enjoyed in SA area bakeries - the poptart crust is magically between puff pastry & croissant & pie crust; the cinnamon knots are the most amazing, letting the delicious perfect-textured dough be the star rather than leaning heavily on frosting/cinnamon ribbon. Ham & cheese rolls are also crazy good (see: dough). Chocolate raspberry croissant (where the croissaint itself is chocolate, rather than spread or filled with chocolate) is also amazing. Muffins always a well-crafted option, too. Espresso drinks are yummy; staff are super helpful & friendly, & provide good recommendations. Not open on weekends, so we get goodies in advance!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped by this coffee shop on the way out of town. Let me tell you⦠it was AMAZING. The browned butter pumpkin latte (half sweet) was perfect. But the show stealer was the sausage jalapeƱo kolache (more like a croissant). It was the best Iāve ever had. I really wish I lived closer because Iād be a weekly visitor. Lastly, the lady taking my order was extremely sweet and helped me decide on what to get since...
