This is from my perspective as both a consumer and a volunteer:
From my volunteer experience, it can be chaotic at times but I've always felt the heart ship for the common goal in mind. Often times I have met some of the most wholistic people in my life volunteering. With a rotating door of different people in and out I am impressed with how well it comes together. The other items like 3 desks and chairs were donated back in good condition. The gentleman made remarks about those items too. What I can’t understand is if we are donating these items for free to them, why do we have to be met with so much attitude which makes you feel so uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time we have witnessed this kind of attitude so therefore we will not be donating or shopping at this...
