I hate to write this post, but after many of years of buying all our plants and shrubs from here only to be treated the way we were yesterday from the son of the owner, I needed to speak up. Long story short, I purchased in late September 2024 alongside many other things, a blue cypress tree that we planted in front of our home. The once beautiful tree fell susceptible to the harsh winter months and was never able to respond back to life this spring. I figured they could meet me halfway and offer some sort of credit or discount off my next purchase there for another $300+ tree. Was I mistaken! Now, I understand the risk involved of a plant getting through our winter months, but I figured a mom/pop business like Every Bloomin that does very well in our community, would want to do right by their loyal customer base and find some sort of solution to this unfortunate circumstance. After speaking with the son of the owner, who was quick to dismiss me with a "sorry, it was past the 6 months and I can't guarantee anything through the winter time," I was quite angry and quickly ventured off to spend my money elsewhere. So, I went to an nearby nursery to browse their selection and asked them about their return policy, which they stated "1 year but if you purchase a certain compost/plant food it can guaranteed up to 3 years." So Every Bloomin' won't even allow for anything past 6 months, but a local/rival nursery nearby offers a guarantee policy up to a 1 year. Just seems like what once was a great place has gone to shit with how they treat some of their most loyal customers. Sad I even have to share this story, because their selection of plants/trees is top notch, but after the treatment I received yesterday from the son of the owner who cared more about what he was hosing down then taking care of a once loyal customer; I will take my money and business elsewhere and will be telling my friends and family to...
Read moreI have visited this nursery twice. On the first visit I was the only customer present and three of the staff were busy talking at the cashiers booth and no one came forward to help me. On my second visit the identical situation occurred, 3 staff members sitting and talking and no help given even though I was the only customer present. I asked a fourth staff member a question and she got Heather. Heather definitely had an attitude that was not helpful in obtaining the information I needed. Asking for some suggestions about what flowers might look good in my garden I was told to bring more information and her manner was rude and impatient. I was not asking for a landscape architect's plans just some simple suggestions. I got the impression that customers were an inconvenience for this business and customer care was not included in their job description. There are other nurseries in the area that have helpful staff and care about their customers. They will get...

I have gone to them for many years--driving by several other stores because I KNOW that I will get the best quality hanging baskets, annuals and perennials. If we need new shrubs (darn those hungry deer), we shop EBT’s amazing selection.
Now that my husband and I are grandparents, we are more concerned about our grandkids playing on lawns with chemicals. With the advice of the helpful staff we now use organic lawn products and love them! And if our fruit trees have pesky bugs, we use the organic options that are carried at EBT.
I really can’t say enough good things about this family-owned operation. All of their employees are so friendly and helpful. Although I would travel a long way for service like this, I am so fortunate to have found...
