I used to love this store but the director, David P’pool does not seem to be an honest director.
An employee here allowed numerous buggies (that he was supposed to be loading into the buggy dock but was on his phone instead) to hit and damage my brand new F-250. I saw this happen and could do nothing to stop it. There were cameras right above the incident and I thought the store would help. David neither watched the footage or allowed me to capture it. He did not care that my vehicle was hit. He did not accept responsibility. (he said it was the winds fault) David refused to do anything until I got ugly, at which point he tried to kick me out of the store. Luckily, a female employee saw what happened and was there to confirm that an employees negligence did cause the damages. (This lady was the only person who had any sympathy and apologized, bless her) The damages to my vehicle added up to over $1500. Buggies hit the entire side of the vehicle. David documented all of this and was supposed to file a claim and get back with me, but it’s been over a year at this point and nothing has been done.
I spoke with a director from another super one store who said I 100% should have gotten a follow up from the stores insurance and that it’s highly likely that Mr. David did not file the report he said he would. Judging by his attitude about the subject, I am sure that’s what happened.

Read morePlaced my first curbside online order today. I have frequently shopped in store through out the years, but today was in during a time pinch and I was in desperate need of groceries. All of my "fresh" produce was placed inside of the plastic bags without a covering bag and on top of that was not by any stretch of the word "fresh". The garlic I paid for I had to throw away it was so obviously rotting. Most of the produce I got was rotting or on the verge of the rotting. I am in such a bad way right now with everything being so expensive (and close to xmas) that I am paying for this order with a credit card until I get paid on Friday. I can't get a refund because you have to call the store and ask for one and when I did the curbside manager was beyond rude, even though I was not being rude at all. The last 3 times I've been there there was only 1 register open, but the line was full, so I left my shopping cart full of groceries and walked out. If you're one of those sheep who go through the self checkouts, then you're part of the problem !!! Now let's talk about the pharmacy there, it's run now by idiots. The last time I had a prescription filler, they said that they couldn't because they were short 3% of the pills.
