I just want to share how horrible our first experience was today. If you plan to stop in for lunch, I hope you have an entire afternoon cleared. When arriving, although it was quite busy, we had to ask for the only open table to be cleaned. The server, Adrianna, came to ask us for our drink order, and we asked if we could order our food as well to try and save time. She then asked for our cards to open tabs for us. After returning with our drinks and our cards, we were not served again until FORTY MINUTES LATER. We were 4 people at the table who ordered 3 simple burgers and 1 wrap. No one came to check on us or offer refills. When the food did finally come, we only received 3 of the 4 plates, and 2 of them were wrong. My coworker simply ordered a bacon burger and specifically asked for no cheese. The burger had a big slice of cheese on top with the receipt on the burger that said no cheese... I understand mistakes are made, but the waitress who brought our food out was clueless when my coworker told her that she did not want the burger and did not want to order anything else (due to us already needing to leave to get back to work). I received the wrong wrap, and my other coworker received a messy plate with no napkins. Our other coworker never did receive her food, and that did not seem like much of an issue to anyone but us. When we finally had enough of waiting around for our last plate of food or to be served, one of us got up to ask for a manager. We were told that one was not present and that they are not supposed to be serving tables, that they were only doing it as a courtesy.... Again, another TEN MINUTES pass and we still did not receive refills or our fourth plate. We now had enough and were having to ask to close our tabs and request that the plate that was never brought to our table to be taken off the tab. The server, Adrianna, then had the nerve to tell us that it was not her problem that we did not receive the food, that it was the kitchen's fault. I was a server for a while, and I can tell you that, as a waitress, you cater to your tables no matter what and triple check every plate that you carry out. When discussing the issues with Adrianna and trying to close our tabs, she then offered us to take home the burger that they previously brought to our table, THAT WAS LEFT SITTING ON THE BAR THAT WHOLE TIME. WHAT?! When returning to work, one of us called to question the names of the girls waiting tables to be able to make an official complaint. We were told that we were probably calling to complain about her, and that she is just really stressed. I cannot believe the amount of unprofessional attitudes in this restaurant. As someone who works directly with the public in a hospital setting, I can tell you that I would never treat any of my clients the way that we were treated today, no matter how stressed I may be. No one admitted fault, and the two girls working the front had the WORST attitudes. This restaurant just lost a ton of business from us...
Read moreApril 2025—yep, I was foolish enough to give this Legends location one more chance. We called in our order at 1:08 and were told it’d be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up at 1:26 to find the waitress hadn’t even put it in yet. She said “it’ll be quick I have no other drive thru orders” and not 10 min later another car pulled behind us and she asked us to move around the building because they ordered before us.. how? Food finally came out at 1:48—and surprise! It was smothered in all the condiments we explicitly asked to be left off. No apology, no offer to remake it, no discount—just a passive aggressive attitude when we pointed it out. It doesn’t matter that you as a waitress feel some thing can just be “easily taken off”, I don’t eat food soaked in tomato juice, thanks. God forbid anyone with a tomato allergy eat here! I had them refund the order and gave them the food back. That’s the last time I’ll visit this location. Good riddance.
Let’s rewind to October 2024— That’s when a different waitress decided to “adjust” her own tip on a drive-thru order receipt. I’ve been waiting for a call from management ever since. Spoiler: no one ever called. I’ve called multiple times myself, and somehow a manager is never on site. Considering I was a regular (3–4 times a month), this kind of silence is shady at best. Either management doesn’t care about fraud, or the staff is blocking messages. So here we are.
Now let’s talk pricing, because that’s another joke. I’ve ordered the same exact meal three times in the last few weeks—and got charged three different prices. First time, no tax. Second time, I’m told they “have to charge tax now.” Cool. Third time, the price jumped again—when I asked why, I was told they “usually just round up over the phone.” Excuse me? So how many people’s bills are being casually padded without them even realizing it? Sketchy doesn’t even begin to cover it.
And $18 for a burger, chips, and a soda as of January 2025? This is a bar, not a high-end restaurant. Less than a year ago it was $11.50. Now it’s $15 before tax—for a burger and a handful of chips? Miss me with that nonsense.
Let’s not forget the 25+ minute drive-thru waits, where nobody bothers to check the window or move orders forward. It’s like customer service is optional here.
I used to love the food and gave this place more grace than it deserved—but after the endless price hikes, shady tipping, inconsistent charges, and a staff that seems allergic to accountability? I’m done. I’ll take my money somewhere that actually wants it—and doesn’t treat customers like an...
Read moreThis past weekend, I had my first—and definitely last—experience at Legends while @ the Scott parade.
I'm not a regular drinker, but when I do indulge, it's for a fruity daiquiri. I decided to give Legends a try.
Outside, they have a sign that says "no outside drinks or food allowed." My cousin and I went in while my sister-in-law waited outside with a bucket (complete with a Fireball logo, one—maybe two—shot bottles, some ice, and a couple of string cheeses).
Walking inside, I see what a nice place it is. It's very clean and just an overall good vibe. I happily ordered four $10 daiquiris, paid up, and even tipped the server. In a matter of 20 seconds, the drinks were already ready, which was nice because with a crowd that big..... we were worried we would be there a while. But as soon as I stepped back outside, a guy (EDGAR CORMIER, presumably the owner) told us we couldn't come back because of that bucket.
I just spent $40 on watered-down daiquiris with the worst aftertaste imaginable—I even had my family try a sip, and they all spit it out immediately. I wasn't being ugly or disrespectful. I wasn't being loud or causing a scene. I followed rules and still tipped the worker.
All I wanted was a good daiquiri; I wasn't breaking any rules. Then he argued, "Would you bring your chicken to Popeyes?"
Honestly, if my husband craves KFC and I want Popeyes, I doubt Popeyes would kick me out for him holding a KFC bag. 🤨
Maybe I'm wrong.... but seriously? I understand it might've been crazier than most days, but I dont find i did anything wrong. I wasn't loud or obnoxious. I was kind, polite, and made sure to tip the server, and I DID NOT bring ANYTHING other than my SMALL purse inside with me.
After he asked us to leave, he stood in his crowd of people making faces at us and waving. I was absolutely humiliated. I will NEVER return to ANY locations after this. And I will make sure everyone knows about this.
SHE STOOD OUTSIDE EXAC...
