Food is good but customer service could be better. When I informed the owner that no roti came in the package, I was expecting that she will apologize, trust me and either immediately refund the money for roti or mention that we will adjust in next order. To my surprise the owner didn’t believe that there was no roti in the bag and said they had put roti. I have taken Tiffin from this service at least 25 times and each order $50. Why would I lie about a $6 roti. Tried calling her a couple times, she did not respond and then had to follow up again the next day to ask for refund. After so much follow up she finally returned $6.03 but no apologies for bad experience...

Spice Rack Atlanta has saved me hours of time in the kitchen and delivered home-cooked food that is reminiscent of the food I grew up eating every day in my gujurati house. My husband is Telugu and he enjoys the food as well. The flavors are literally identical to what I grew up eating. My mother used to make me ras malai and you guys killed it with your version. Have been using thier service for about six months now. Food is fresh, not greasy or salty. Pretty close to home food. Decent selection of north Indian, south indian and gujarati food. Rotis are fresh. Packaging is nicely done. Never had anything spill or leak..Website is easy to order and they added credit card options which is nice. Not a big fan of venmo or zelle.
