I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS! I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!! I picked the time after my scheduled vet visit. Farshad called earlier than the time she scheduled, and I agreed to the earlier time. He came and explained the process and the price (super fair, based on the circumstances) and he started to work. When he finished, I came in and the only word I could say was WOW!!! no stains, and NO SMELL!!!! It was a little less than magic. The carpet got dry in less than 4 hours and now (the morning after) there is no residue, no stickiness, no stains and NO SMELL!!!! If you have a bad situation like mine, and you are going crazy with the worries about your pet health and the big mess to clean. Call F&F and let them handle it... Got to know about F&F in 2011. Was very happy the first time around itself. They were able to make carpets as bright as new. Have been employing their services since then for carpet cleaning, Tile cleaning/Grout sealing, AC air ducts cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. We have also had our area rugs cleaned by them. They have worked on our rental too, and the tenants have been pretty happy. They are straight forward in my experience,and tell you as it is. ( We have earlier called companies for duct cleaning( from some deals advertised), and they tried to cheat us by saying we have mold). They do give price quotes over the phone itself, which is a big help for us to estimate how much it will cost. But final quote is ALWAYS after coming to the home, and inspecting the work to be done. They are punctual too, sometimes arriving before ETA. They also do a clean job, always vacuuming up any extra debris. This year we called them in August, and as i am pregnant, they willingly helped me put back some of the furniture displaced while tile cleaning. That is what I call great customer service!!

If I could give more then 5 Star rating I would. I am a new customer and I called the day before last (Thursday) requesting to see when the earliest time frame they had available. To my thinking I thought it would be a week or more wait. This was not the case AT ALL! Not only were they able to get me in 2 days later (Saturday) they arrived on TIME & Called 30 min. prior. Thank you so much F & F Carpet Cleaning for not only providing a great service but Anderson did a phenomenal job. His customer service was great! Not only did he do more than we initially scheduled for he provided great information on what to expect for future carpet cleaning services. There is a reason why your customer reviews are as high as they are!!!! Thank you so much. I will not be calling any other company for this service. After the service was complete I received an email with the invoice breaking down the costs and services provided. As a customer it is great to see what service I am paying for. I will recommend this company to all my family,friends, co-worker ect.! BTW they offer more than Carpet cleaning and they are affordable check them...
