Shady business practices. I am from out of state and was here for my 30th birthday. I told the woman. I also told her I am a single mother. She gave me some recommendations and seemed genuinely nice. Even offered me a 20% discount when I choked at the price. I didn't really care for the outfit and I have a hard time saying no, which is my fault. But when I got to the register, she had already taken off the tags, for 1 vest and one under shirt. Now, back home, we don't have boutiques. I had no idea how aggressive their sales tactics are. So I went ahead and purchased the items, she encouraged me to wear them out. This entire time I was panicking and thought I was doing the 'right' thing by buying these items. After walking out of the store, Immediately started crying because I knew I shouldn't have bought the items, because I genuinely could not afford them. I went back a couple days later to return the more expensive item, the vest. The woman, probably the owner, stuck up her nose and said "I don't do refunds, you wore it out of here." And I'm couldn't believe she was serious. I thought I was on a episode of Real Housewives. She wouldn't offer to help or do anything. I wore it for an hour trying to justify the purchase. So watch out! Stores like this are predatory. I, unfortunately, had to learn that...

I bought a perfume from here when I got back to my hotel because I am not from Arizona I opened the package and it was empty so I called she said come back and we will get you a new one so I drove back witch was 1 hour away from my hotel because we were leaving really early the next day to go back home in utah we got there and I showed her she then gave me one that I thought was the same fragrance that I got befor she showed me that it was full but not the name so I went home and took out my perfume to use and it was the wrong fragrance if she did not have the exact one she should have given me a refund or ordered me the one and shipped it to my house in utah will never go back there again she was rude and was upset and made me feel like I was a bother and inconvenience to her very very upset will not go back to this...

I love shopping at Rae and Pretty Please. The boutiques are organized by color and so easy to shop. The best part are the sales associates! They are so attentive and fun to shop with. I love Stacey!
