This man came to my house just yesterday to fix my refrigerator. The set time was between 12-5. Showed up at 7pm. Appeared annoyed. He was totally unprofessional, he ruined things that were on the front of my fridge, I now have a dent in the door of the appliance. The floor under the appliance is ruined. Food flew out of the fridge onto the floor, he was literally pounding the hinge at the bottom of the door which caused damage and the door now does not close! I asked him several times to leave my home and he took his time until he was told by my grandson to get out or we were calling the police. He damaged my personal property. I am under the impression he is the owner of this company and was told I would have to have him come back and fix the door. There is no way I would feel safe having him in my home again! Notified Lowe’s, the extended warranty company and I will continue notifying whoever I could. I am told now it is my responsibility for the damage he did to the appliance! This is not how you conduct yourself in someone’s home or how you treat their property! If he can not handle the job he should not do it! His irresponsibly is going to cost me hundreds of dollars! Absolutely the worst with no idea how customer service works. I have been dealing with them and their partner 'Techtronics Services' for 3 months. The owner of Interstate would call and harass me screaming at me like it was my fault my fridge was broken. I only dealt with them bc there weren't many in the area that did warranty repairs for LG. That is a lie... Please use A&E Service (Sears) company they were a life saver. Interstate is the worst all they care about is being paid not about your product. Stay away from them and Techtronics which is another horrible service company. I complained so much to LG about these 2 that they hopefully were going to take them off as service companies. You have options please do not stay with them like I did. You have options. A&E is amazing and professional. They usually take clients after getting screwed over by those 2 idiot of companies. Techtronics old own Gene legit burned his torch twice in my house causing us to clean ashes all over the kitchen. When asked if he could please not do that again he says he can't help it his torch is busted.... Are you kidding...

Is there a rating of minus stars? I called LG because of a problem with a fridge--once and only once. I called two places, while my wife called this business. The man that answered the phone screamed at her to stop calling LG on him. She said that I literally just hung up with LG and this is the first time calling you. But he screamed at her and said to wait her turn. She tried to explain the situation but he talked over her until she finally hung up on him. He called back and I answered the phone. The man insisted I was named Patrick and from Old Forge, and I repeatedly told him that was not me. After two minutes of back and forth, I finally told him with a few choice words that he missed out on a customer. He did say he made a mistake, but that was after ten minutes and a lot of yelling on his part. Based on the reviews, it is a pleasure not doing business with this company. God bless those...
