I would be lying if I told you I went wedding dress shopping with confidence that I was going to find something. I’m not one to dress up much so I was nervous that I wouldn’t find “THE dress”. When I first arrived I noticed all the personalized signed with my name on it. “Welcome Kelly and guest”. Once we walked in, the room lite up with beautiful wedding dresses. We were welcomed by Cindy. Not only did Cindy make my first and only wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable but she also put me at ease. Once she learned what style I felt most comfortable in, she kept bringing in dresses that fit my liking. It only took two dresses before I found the one. However, Cindy still continued to bring in dresses to make sure that was THE dress. After trying on 15 other dresses after that, I was a little overwhelmed. However, Cindy told me to put the second dress back on and see how I feel. Once I did so, tears ran down my face as well as my guests face. I found THE dress. I truly couldn’t imagine a better experience. I didn’t feel rushed by any means and I felt like I could be honest about every dress without feeling like an annoyance. Hate is strong, but I won't be going back. I went in looking at colors for bridesmaid dresses, and had only been looking online mostly. I knew what shade blue I wanted and brought in the color to get something similar. The woman didn't say if they did or didn't have anything like it in stock, asked me a couple questions on material, and told me all the dessy group colors were the same... which yes, but they don't all offer those colors. Needless to say I looked through the book myself and will be going to another store that might be more helpful and have more stock. I even mentioned thr style I was looking at,it would've been nice to see an idea regardless of color... but no. I was the only one in there for like 10 minutes too, it was just to far impersonal for a bridal shop, thank goodness I didn't go in wedding...

Eileen assisted us, and she was friendly, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. She had me choose a few dresses, and immediately picked up on my style and suggested so many more amazing styles that I loved. She also had an eye for adding accessories that made all the dresses pop! The dresses themselves were beautiful and high quality, though slightly out of my price range.

The shop had a private area for myself and my guests which was wonderful, and though we were there for 2 hours we never felt as though Eileen was rushing us or trying to move us out.
