I wouldn’t even give them a one star today, they’re not even paying attention to what they’re selling anymore. They don’t even look at the bottles to make sure it’s the right kind of medicine you asked for twice this happened to me I live a half hour away from the shop, one-way, first time they said, bring it back unopened, which I did then they replaced. It just went there the other day I could tell the guy he probably smoked before he started working because, Simple questions couldn’t answer. I showed him exactly what I wanted. He’s still gave me the wrong Medicine and I open that one then looked at it, then realized. I bought more than usual this time, so I didn’t have to go back down to soon. Unfortunately, I have to use it and it’s giving me a headache, I had a brain aneurysm that had to be clipped. This kind Is very strong. I wish the guy would’ve paid more attention to my order so please people check your order before you leave the store. Did call and speak with somebody but really what could they say 😢. But sorry man we apologize. But that doesn’t help me at all pay attention to the order. Check in before you leave the store because this shouldn’t happen. I know that place is always busy, but come on now I have suffer for no reason after I pay good money and told them exactly what I wanted....

Im giving 2 stars, because in the past year I have wasted at least $75 buying faulty products here. I was told to contact the manufacturer for a dry herb vaporizer I purchased. No luck with them, I tried a few times. Bc its not "their product." I just bought 2 cartridges that were on sale. Both wouldnt work. Broke. Emailed them, no answer. I will be calling.... I either want my money back, credit, or an exchange. Or theyll lose my business. The quality is lacking. Id rather spend more of my hard earned money (and $ is tight for everyone, and this is my medicine) somewhere else and it work than spend "less" for broken goods. Yes the staff is friendly, but ultimately not helpful.

**UPDATE 11/1. I opened a "7g" ground that I ordered. Yeah, it's not 7g. It was 3.5g. I'm not saying the company is to blame, but I think the staff needs to be re-trained and not be using products before coming to work. I've wasted enough money on this location. It's getting worse. Staff needs to give out the correct products and they need more quality control to prevent broken products from slipping through to consuners. From now on, I will be taking my Rx orders...

Couldn’t praise this place anymore than I already do, super helpful and speedy budtenders. The processes higher ups make to keep the flow moving and deescalate and manage poor situations is crazy good! So many businesses should be taking notes. I was running behind recently and had to make it on time somewhere and this place was PACKED. They moved a line of more than twenty people ahead of me, made changes to my order and I still made it on time to where I was going, in and out within about 15 minutes. Their employees are competent, informative, and beyond polite The square footage this place has definitely gives them a leg up- but Ethos and JG should be paying attention. My only complaint is that ease of access is poor with its location on a very busy Davis St- but it’s worth the low prices, great deals, and streamlined process.

Update: It’s been a few months since this review, and being the Scranton/WB area is where everyone comes for a dispensary, this place gets ransacked. Every other dispensary does too, but my expectations for Ascend are great as they have continued to uphold that. Please carry more products in stock, so I can continue...
