THIS CENTER ALLOWS STAFF WHO NEGLECT CHILDREN CONTINUE EMPLOYMENT WITH THEM, IF YOUR CHILD HAS SEPARATION ANXIETY, THEY WILL PUT YOUR CHILD IN THE RESTROOM TO CRY!! No HUGS NO COMFORT NO LOVE!!! As a parent, I know when looking for a daycare we are so afraid that our children aren’t going to receive the same love and comfort they do at home, we are afraid to put our children in daycare, but we give them the benefit of the doubt and still enroll our children just because we know it’s time to let go and let them move on, I decided it was time to do that with my 3 year old.. she was just about to turn 4 and start pre-K so I decided I’d enroll her at Creative Care Children's School-Sealy to prepare her for School this year and not being with me all day long. I started her at the end of the summer. She would go about 3 days a week if that… upon dropping her off every single drop off she would scream and cry… I thought it was separation anxiety, I thought it would get better because they told me as I left (heartbroken)that she stops as soon as I leave. I trusted them. She cried so much I eventually just stopped taking her, I couldn’t hear her cry like that anymore! But after taking her out.. I just knew something wasn’t right!! Last night my daughter and I were laying in bed, I asked her how her day went and she expressed to me how much she LOVED school and how much she LOVED Ms. Baker her teacher at Sealy Elementary(she’s amazing!)she said she loved Ms. Baker because when she’s sad Ms. Baker gives her hugs, she then said, but mommy I don’t like daycare my teacher at daycare didn’t give me hugs when I was sad she just put me in the bathroom to cry, then she would take me out for circle time! But I don’t know what she did that that’s so rude right mommy, that’s rude to do that to kids and so many kids mommy all of us kids crying! She just put us in the bathroom crying. I was hurt.. I was lost for words… but I was also right! Something WASN’T right!! So of course first thing in the morning, I go to Creative Care, talk to the director, she tells me she’s going to “look into it”, As we are in the office talking to her, the teacher who had my daughter in her class for two months walks in and does not even acknowledge my daughter. Walks in and out! A couple hours later the Director Karina calls me to let me know they called licensing(so have I) I wasn’t okay with this, neglect to a child is grounds for termination. I then asked her.. okay? What about the teacher, she states they did an investigation and she will not be punished for this. I was so confused as to why she hadn’t already been sent home. I then asked her what did her investigation consist of.. she’s very frustratingly told me she talked to other staff. I then talked to the owner who told me he had been in this business for 53 years and how child care works. I reassured him if he didn’t terminate this women I would let everyone know that they allow their staff to mistreat and neglect children in their care. The owner just chuckled at me like the situation was funny! Or like I was crazy!! I’m not crazy I am my child’s voice!! She can’t speak a up so I will!! Not only this but I live in the New Apartment and my patio over looks their playground and I have heard/seen/& recorded numerous incidents that has happened (behind closed doors) please be aware of who you trust your children with. It is very hard to find employees right now, I understand that, but you still can not allow someone who neglects your children to work for at a...
Read moreExcellent daycare. Alex started this daycare when he was 3 months old and Adriana 2 in 2017. I love the facility. Big rooms. The only daycare in Sealy that has cameras. Also one of the cleaniest daycares. The only daycare I feel my babies are safe. They are always monitoring kids and Miss Bonnie is always checking the staff . I had very bad experiences in daycares before. Their staff is friendly and loving with the kids. Miss Bonnie and Miss Ashley always friendly greets you in the front door. You have codes per each child to get into the facility. Very safe place. They have helped me with the Speech therapies for both of my Kids. Miss Baker goes there inside the school and teach them. Also , Adriana gets dropped from Selman Elementary from PPCD and they receive her and they worry that she eats her lunch and changes her diaper. They are helping her with potty training too. I have never received my kids red or any fall incidents or negligence. I will recommend this daycare to anyone. I have celebrated their birthdays there too. They have a cooking staff also. I really have had a good experience. Good management. Miss Bonnie is very friendly and proactive with customers and a fast problem solving person. She has offered me several times assistance with solving things for my children. Also is the only daycare that closes at 6:30 pm and opens at 6 am. All of them close at 6 pm and opens at 6:30 am. Here they have longer hours. Also they accept all types of payments. I can pay with my debit card. Some other daycares receive cash only. They also receive NCI customers. It is...
Read moreAfter moving from Katy where my daughters attended a large chain daycare, I put my girls in a different local daycare. Due to a bad experience, I immediately called Creative Care for a tour. Upon walking into the infant room, I immediately told Clover that this is where my girls should be. Creative Care surpasses the daycare they attended in Katy.
Ms. Whitney, Ms. Beverly, and Ms. Dana in the infant room have been nothing short of awesome. When my 7 month old was having issues (not related to daycare), they immediately stepped up and we set up a plan of action. I don't have a lot of interaction with Ms. Beverly, but I love dropping my baby off with Ms. Whitney in the morning because she's always so loving. I love picking her up when Ms. Dana is there because Ms. Dana makes us all laugh, and she is the definition of who you want looking after your tiny baby.
Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Tiara in the 3 year old room are also awesome! Due to some major changes in life, my 3 year old has had a rough time. They both have showed amazing grace and mercy through such a hard time for her. There are days she doesn't want to leave!
The whole staff has made a great impression on me. I can't recommend this...
