Horrible...can't give it lower than 1 star. My Sister in law and I went to get a modular vape pen that would be able to do regular juice and salts. They had no idea about the difference in Ohms need for the two different types. I tried to inform them of the types of coils needed and why. We made our purchase after finding what she could use. She went back a couple days later with her son to get replacement coils. She said what type she thought she needed and even showed the cashier her vape pen which was a NordX. The cashier gave her a Nord coil that was way to small but she didn't know and left. When she got home I saw what she got and I went back to the store with her to get the correct ones. The cashier said that because she left the store they would not exchange it even thought it was just a couple of minutes ago and she had given her the wrong ones. The cashier didn't even remember the sale that was two minutes prior in an empty store. After some heated discussion she reluctantly made the exchange. It takes a lot for me to review but having a business in a small town like sealy. I must share. The tall red head guy needs to NEVER be in contact with customers again. He is rude condescending and not helpful in the least bit. Being a business owner and a local shopper I must put the word out about this place. Also had the same experience when my wife went in the store. I will never revisit this store again. Specially not making a female uncomfortable. That kid should be fired.
