Got there with the impression that they had a large selection of discounted items were talking 700 dollar fridges. We're greeted by a very polite and friendly young man named Tyler. He was nor very informed but made up for it with his honestly and willingness to find us what we wanted/needed. The dm Jenn has absolutely no place being around customers everything was smooth till she got brought into the picture because we asked about manager specials and deals. Their website and advertising is misleading. They had no lower end deals said the truck came on Tuesday and Thursdays etc so they were low on stock ok fine understand. Then we ask about the bundle deals and she starts talking about how we took it 800 dollar bundles I asked if wait is there even any of those that fit in that criteria here and she was done apparently because she walked away running her mouth about of you had any questions etc and my husband was literally mid sentence asking a questions and she contiunes to walk off. She just about put us off so much we were done. Tyler is the only reason we continued. He went above and beyond with what he knew to work with. He found us exactly what we wanted and got us a 100 off for the bad experience. Set it up for us to go to another location to get a fridge we wanted and the price range we had. We get to the little rock location and the customer service there was not as great as Tyler's but it was well enough!! If you do business with them stay clear ofJenn. And all should be fine. Read moreWe bought a Refrigerator Washer & Dryer from the Searcy Store after being told these were all just scratch and dent. Delivery - they won’t bring them up steps all 3 did not work the fridge was throwing a error code so the lights no ice no water - the dryer would not work and the washer was pouring out water at the top. We called they wanted us to use the warranty on these NEW items and they were done. We was not having that so we took them all back and got our money back that we paid in full. This is most definitely a scam to buy an appliances then they not work and then make the maker of the appliances come in a fix it. Truly do not go there. It most definitely will make your head hurt and they will take your money then they are done. They should be shut down as taking advantage of people’s money. They also will send your calls to Conway customer service where she will agure with you and say it’s your fault. I had my appliances 1 day. NONE worked.Also after bringing them all back the worker there said all our appliances came on 1 truck and NONE had worked coming off that truck- so I don’t know why they would say things like that if not true. I was told they would plug the fridge up and make sure everything worked but upon reading reviews that is not true. When we asked the difference between two models she made something up, then when we asked for clarification she said “yeah well I don’t actually know”. Now concerning the appliances, the washers and dryers were all VERY damaged; like dents I could put my head into and they were at least $500 MORE than pristine new ones at Lowe’s and Home Depot.
