It's clean, good ppl, caseworker on site, if u truly want to get on your feet it's a good place to start over. Today is August 1st I stayed at this camp for 4½ months never had any problems and if there was any problems the camp manager Eric as well as any board member on duty would resolve any situation. It's the best camp in this state and if you are willing to help yourself you will make it. I now have my own apartment 1bedroom and I'm loving it after 4 years being homeless and on the street, I am clean and sober, my own place, and have all the benefits allotted to me. I want to thank the camp, caseworker Simon, Polly & Corey and camp manager Eric for the help, and love they have shown me and keep showing to others. #teamsecondchance

Used to be a well oiled self-sufficient local community involvement homeless temporary tiny house village sanctuary until LIHI put incompetent narcissistic people in their middle mgt teams that are corrupt and running it all into the ground, who are all currently claiming successful transition cases, but are not, instead theres lots of fraud, embezzling, & stealing donations from the homeless, doctoring /fraudulent recorded documents claiming successful housing on multiple cases where instead forcefully removed/exited homeless people right back out into the streets often without the homeless persons immediate belongings which are instead taken by a privately owned contracted repurposed second hand collector company that's allegedly claimed by LIHI's contract moving company for the homeless and their belongings into an LIHI owned property building where rent gets increased and the whole process starts over again. Nice to know where US tax...

This "Tiny House Village" is just like all the other ones! They make promises of shelter and security to the homeless. Then once they're all settled in they start changing everything they told you at intake and they always threaten to "exit" you from the program. They hold it over your head. In turn making you feel even less secure then when you were on the streets. They say this is a 90 day program upon entering. So why are there people living in these tiny villages that have been there for some year, some as long as 5 years. Wouldn't that mean that the people that are running the show are not doing their jobs? How can that even be? Doesn't anyone check up on these homeless programs or even just ask questions? Also they like to put you in the program (money for them), exited from the program(no money for them), recently exited person placed into another tiny village (money for them) and over and over and over! It's a good idea ran by the...

Strategically located in a horrible spot. At least a quarter mile away from the nearest bus stop. Located in a place where the last bus stops running far earlier than most metro buses. Lastly, it's location is so remote, that the nearest ANYTHING; in terms of stores, businesses, (houses, even,) the closest anything, is an old folks' community. Ridiculous. This is supposed to be transitional housing meant for temporarily housing houseless people trying to get back on their feet; when all it really does, is make their situation ever more real without even one bit of hope of life being worth carrying on whatsoever. It's such a hopeless place of despair, I don't how people houses there can feel positive about anything, living there even ONE day. Two words: Internment Camp. That's exactly what this place is. I hope no one ever finds themselves in that place. Even my worst enemy. For...
