The worst service ever. The waitress is an old lady who knows nothing about customer service. I was visiting from Florida my 2 Navy sailors and we decided to stop at this place to eat breakfast, so it was me, my 2 daughters and one of my daughter's boyfriend. As soon as we sat, this old lady came to our table and asked 3 of us what we wanted to drink but left before one of my daughters could order a drink; She came back with our drinks and finally my daughter was able to ordee some water, and at that moment we ordered our food, me and my daughter's boyfriend ordered eggs benedict (which were good, but they were NOT eggs benedict), one of my daughters ordered eggs with chorizo and the other ordered french toasts; when the food arrived my daughters boyfriend sked for syrup to put on his potatoes, and the first thing out of this lady's mouth was "For what? .. he said, "I want to put it on my potatoes" and she goes " You put syrup on your potatoes?" so I jumped in and said " yes, he wants syrup", so she said ok ... also my daughter asked for syrup for her french toasts .. well, the syrup never made it to our table. We were also waiting for the lady to bring utensils for my daughter's boyfriend, which also never made it to our table so we had to get up and take it from another table .. we asked for salt and pepper? .. never made it to our table .... Nothing! .... so when I went to the register to pay, she wanted to be all friendly so we could give her tip... NOPE... no lady, tip is earned ... so she got upset and just handed me my receipt and didn't even talk to me .... I WOULD NOT GO...
Read moreI was so excited to try this place. The story on their website made it sound awesome. But in reality it was the complete opposite. We walked in and was pointed to where to sit. We then just sat there with no one saying anything to us. After a little bit I thought maybe you order from the counter. The gal just kinda dismissed it and just mumbled no. We then finally got some water. Ordered veggie frittata and fried chicken and grits. I also asked for a side of bacon. She repeated it and said "side of bacon" . My frittata didn't have much flavor and slightly over cooked. Grits were chunky so it wasn't cooked right. Chicken was super salty. She then brings a side of pancakes. I said we didn't order any. She says you asked for a side of pancakes? 🤷🏽♀️ So we just kept the pancakes and she brought the bacon. Sad 3 little rubbery pieces of bacon was given to us. One piece was completely burnt. Another piece wasn't fully cooked. No refilling of water or anything. Also asked for salt and pepper and that didn't come. We had to get up and grab our ourselves. Wasn't a...
Read moreSo far, my experience with Greenbridge Cafe has been as follows: The food is great, a little over-priced, but quality and delicious. My biggest issue is that their hours of operation clearly state until 4pm M-F. I have had multiple instances of calling or showing up between 3:15-3:30 (My usual lunch availability), and they are closed/do not answer the phone. Multiple times, they have flipped the closed sign as I, and other customers have approached. Not sure what the reasoning, but if I ran a business, and had 6-7 customers show up 30 minutes before closing, I definitely wouldn't close up on them. It's not like you plan to spend an hour, let alone a half hour here. This is a convenient cafe, with speedy service. Unfortunately, it's very inconvenient if they choose to turn down repeated local business. The food is good, and although I wouldn't tell somebody don't go here, I also would not recommend this place. If they want to close at 3, or 3:30, simply change the hours...
