
Was headed to South Worth, paid for Southworth, got the big green S in my windshield for Southworth annnnddd they put us on the boat to Vashon. When they told us to deboard, we told them we were going to Southworth. After a few confused moments, we were told to deboard and then reboard the Southworth Ferry. When we deboarded and I got out of the car to ask someone which line to get into, the lady at the desk was horrifically rude. She asked us how we got on that ferry if we were going to Southworth, as if I have free will to ride my car into whatever ferry I wanted??Like the workers LITERALLY tell you which boat to get on, you don't get to choose. Consistently rude workers have been my experience with basically everyone who works on the boat except for the people who sell you tickets. Especially the bald middle aged man who screamed at me as I was driving onto the boat because he thought I was driving too slow. Sir, I just got sent to the wrong island, I'm confused, and I'm trying to drive cautiously because I am new to the area and it was my first time riding the ferry. Read moreToday, Jan 4, 2024, I was offended by the booth teller. Every morning, I purchase a roundtrip ticket from Southworth to Fauntleroy. Every morning, I tell the teller that I have an over 14 foot vehicle and that I'm handicapped. Today, I was charged 21 dollars, which is NOT the right charge for an over 14 foot vehicle. It should have been 23 dollars instead. So, I got out of work and approached the teller. She scanned my ticket, and as I was leaving, she called me back. She says that I paid for an under 14-foot vehicle and that it should have been 23. I questioned the fact that in the morning I was undercharged and she said that I should have known. Wait a minute, Miss, you're saying that I need to micro manage your staff and make sure they charge me the right amount? In so many words and body language, she accused me of being dishonest. That offended me. At 3:45 in the morning, who looks at a ticket and the receipt to know if you were charged the right amount?
Believe me from now on, I will make sure I get charged the right amount. But all this for two bucks. Misers!
On this day, Fauntleroy gets 2 stars. The morning crew at Southworth is much better. Never had any problems with anyone. Southworth staff are lovely in the morning.

Read morePretty disappointing with today’s ferry schedule they decided not to tell anybody till they’re in line and already waiting the ferry is only running each hour so basically now I’ve been sitting in the ferry line 8 cars back from the front for the past almost 2 hours waiting to go home to Southworth they decided instead of doing split fairies like they’ve been doing to only do Vashon as a straight run by itself thanks a lot from all of us they have to go home to Southworth. It took over three hours to get to the Southworth Ferry Terminal they decided to let the next ferry be a split ferry and all the Vashon people go first again Thanks a lot for nothing you should give everybody a refund that was waiting to go to southwourth is what you...
