Called to verify they had time and cost of doing yearly certification on our fire extinguishers. Was told $10 each on the phone. We get there and the price has jumped to $22(the secretary has a very distinguishable accent) since I was there I said ok. She called when they were ready. I called back at 3:20 and said we were 5 min away. Same lady tells me that they can’t wait 5min. We didn’t know they closed at 3:30. She said come. Ack tomorrow at 7am. Tech came out the first time and wasn't prepared. We ended up rescheduling again. Tech performed the work the second time. Everything works great but we ended up with an additional charge above what was agreed upon on the scope. Just think that if the company were to charge an additional charge it should be mentioned and approved prior? Shouldn't the tech know that it would more half way through the job.
