FRAUD! CROOKS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES! ZERO stars! In August I placed an order. My order was taking weeks longer than I was originally told, and there was no response as to when it would arrive. So I canceled the order. I received a cancelation email confirming this and that I would be refunded the money charged to my credit card. Nothing. I disputed the charge with my credit card and was issued a conditional credit in September. On October 29, these people told my credit card that I received the merchandise and the charge was valid! I RECEIVED NOTHING! I have called them and emailed them several times and no one has bothered to respond. They are liars, and...

I have nothing but POSITIVE comments to say about Glass Eye Studio. I ordered the heart paper weight (Wisdom-Heart of Fire) off of their site and it is more beautiful then the picture shows. I think it is wonderful to have so many team members that have such great talent with their artistic abilities to create beautiful art work. I love their work! I was lucky to buy a large bag of their bulk dewdrops/end of day glass rounds for use in my mosaic projects from their office while in Seattle and got to see the artists in action while I was picking up the glass. Pretty incredible, at least 5 of them working at a time in the factory.
