I had a negative experience with this company. An estimator came to my home to look at some water damage I had on my closet ceiling due to a roof leak. My homeowners insurance had already approved payment to have this repaired. The estimator told me he felt ORC could do the job for around the price that the insurance company had estimated. I told him I would like them to do the work. He told me he would email me a contract to sign. I never received anything. I called the office a couple of days later and was told someone would get back to me and no one did. A few days after that, I emailed the company through their website and still no response. I assume they decided they didn't want the job after all, but why not tell me that so I could call another company? Also, the estimator had cut a hole in my ceiling so he could take pictures in the attic and feel if the insulation was wet. He then taped the piece of the ceiling back up with blue tape (see photo). I didn't mind because I figured they were coming back to do the repairs to my ceiling. But now I assume they will not offer to come back and repair the extra damage they did. Very...

I would highly recommend ORC. We had water damage from a leak under the slab that happened while we were away. We came back to mold, extensive water damage through out the whole house. Our insurance company sent in their "preferred" contractors. They were incompetent to say the least. They set up blowers and left. The house was uninhabitable. There was 3 inches of water on the wood floors, carpeting that was never going to dry, black mold growing on the walls. ORC was recommended by a friend. We fired the insurance company contractor and hired ORC. What a difference!!!! Adam went above and beyond what was expected. He helped deal with the insurance company to have adequate living arrangements since the home was uninhabitable. He helped make a difficult situation bearable. He fought for us. From mold mitigation to reconstruction of my 2400 square foot home while we lived in the house, I was nervous and thought it would be a horrible experience. But Rob M. the project manager put me at ease from his excellent communication of prompt returned calls and text messages, to notification when workers would expect to arrive. Rob was at my home daily overseeing the workers and providing daily updates on schedule and progress. He walked me through each step of the entire process.
