Everytime I come in here I catch nothing but grief and this morning was no exception. This lady just wouldn't be quiet and just kept barking at me like I was her child. Moving forward, I'll just take the extra time and go to the main branch on 41st. Sebastian UPS Store is just not that user friendly when it comes to their employees. There was no need to be talked down to when I was following what Amazon had to me to do. I kindly gave them the middle finger leaving the building.
Update: Ever heard of a printer? So to to reply your reply good sir, I can print the label and tape then at the main center without being told I have to buy a box and pay to tape it (as you do at your establishment) I feel like this is going to be a disagreement that you're going to stand for your employee (even though their approach is wrong) and to screamed at from the male employee from the other side of the counter was inappropriate. It's almost as if I were dealing with employees with an IQ of a house plant and no individual people greeting skills. I can go on for days, but, the way your employees were towards your clientele this morning was out of line.    Read moreAfter years of receiving respectful, helpful and professional service from the staff at this UPS location, I will never return after my experience with the owner today. His condescending, patronizing attitude was beyond unacceptable, and I refuse to support a business where the person in charge treats customers with such disregard.
When I finally had enough of his curt remarks, I told him I would take my business elsewhere and leave a review. His response? “Please don’t write a bad review.” That alone speaks volumes.
To the owner: If you had showed even a fraction of the respect and professionalism that your staff does, you wouldn’t have to worry about reviews. I have never been spoken to so poorly at any establishment—especially for simply trying to ship a package. Instead of providing a straightforward service, you turned a simple task into an unnecessary ordeal and attempted to embarrass me for not knowing UPS/ industry jargon the way you do “over 29 years.”
Sebastian residents—save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Customer service, from the top, is not a priority at this location.

I had to return a package from Amazon and the return label clearly stated no label or box required, my item was in a box and I had also labeled it (Which was not required) and they still charged me for returning, I’m filing a complaint with corporate office and Amazon! Response from the owner 38 minutes ago Hi, I think I remember this transaction with maybe your husband. Those "labels" you provided are only the mobile code that we scan to get the actual label to put on the packages. The last item said "customer packed" which means it needs a shipping box or bag. Which I did explain and only charged for our smallest bag. Sorry it felt this way for you but we try our best to explain all the things amazon does. Thanks, Nicholas
