Subway — Restaurant in Sebastian

as far as I understand, this subway is now under new ownership and I would like to set the bar with a new five star review which is well deserved based upon my most recent experience. I am a Sebastian resident and this was my first time at this subway location. I often frequent subway in various locations and typically I always order the same thing; a Spicy Italian footlong with many of the vegetable toppings. This was by far the best experience I've had at any subway (and I have had other positive experiences). I was greeted in a friendly and positive manner and my sub was thoughtfully and masterfully prepared ( I regret that I did not see the name of the employee working but the only way I can identify her is that she had a small heart tattoo on her left arm- THANK YOU Ma'am. You were the best and so kind!!).... With the amount of veggies I always get (practically everything), it can be tough to build the sub in a orderly fashion and in previous experiences I have ended up with a sub that has way too many veggies, they end up falling out, and I am left with soggy bread and a essentially a side salad that is disappointing). The employee working on 6/2/18 around 5pm carefully prepared my sub with enthusiasm and talented craft. She was considerate enough to ask if I wanted only a few of the veggies or a lot of them when it came to selecting each one (i.e do you want only a few jalepenos? etc.) and then proceeded to artfully place each ingredient on my sub. This was the best sub I ever had from any other subway and I wasn't left with a ton of vegetables that have fallen out or a mouthful of one type of ingredient in each bite (some places just put too much of each ingredient). I never post reviews either but I just wanted to show appreciation for a great employee. Your efforts are appreciated and noticed! Please never change! Even little things can make someones day. I am convinced this owner must have friends that give 5 stars because this restaurant is absolutely terrible and never have I had one good experience! But tonight takes the cake! Tonight the guy working who had no name tag, was the most unpleasant employee, cursing and disrespecting me when he's claiming he did not receive my order from my app. Instead of being a decent human being and actually READING my receipt where it clearly shows the date, time (which was not completed when the app said it would be!) and making my food, he instead chose to berate me. You should be embarrassed having someone of that caliber working for your restaurant. Will never come back here and I better get my refund! Your employees...

Had an awesome experience at this Subway thanks to Angie and Nick! They were both incredibly friendly, upbeat, and really made us feel welcome. The store was clean, everything looked fresh, and our sandwiches were made just right.

What really stood out, though, was how patient and kind they were with my littlest one, who can be super picky. They went out of their way to help him find just the right combination, and he left with a big smile (and a full belly). That kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference. We’ll...
