Frederick Goldman — Local services in Secaucus

I ordered my fiance's wedding band directly from Triton Jewelry--who is owned by Frederick Goldman, Inc.--in July 2022. We were married at the end of that month. No more than 3 WEEKS from our wedding, my husband came home from work--where he works keyboarding at a desk all day as an IT professional, mind you--and his ring was really chipped. I spent the next several days going back and forth with phone calls and emailing messages and photos of the damage to Triton's parent company Frederick Goldman, Inc. trying to get some help. They were less than quick to accommodate. It was only when I finally became fed up and explained how I would be sending out negative reviews regarding both Triton Jewelry and Frederick Goldman, Inc. to let others know to be aware of this product and these companies, was I met with an agreement to replace the ring. We received it in Sept. 2022.

Now fast-forward to yesterday...when my husband came home from work--where he STILL sits at a desk keyboarding all day--and his replacement ring had a large "chunk" missing from the edge and the band was cracked all the way through. Mind you...he has only had this replacement ring for 7 months. Clearly Triton's claim of using, "hero metal...built to last, tough as they come," is not at all the truth. I will be telling any and all future jewelry shoppers I know to...BEWARE OF TRITON JEWELRY JUNK AND FREDERICK GOLDMAN, INC. CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is a review of Triton Jewelry customer service in Secaucus, NJ, owned by Frederick Goldman. I inquired via email about an "in process" return and admitted to not having provided the "return authorization" number. I provided my UPS tracking# along with a photo screenshot via email and was still told my package would be returned back to me because I did not provide the authorization# on my package and that I would be liable for paying for the shipping cost again.
