Awful!!!! I ordered on the 19th. Called customer service after I noticed more than a week my order still said processing. Now at day 17 nothing received CS never called me back and they responded to an email after a week saying they didnt know if I still needed help. Ugh check the order number you will see the order hasnt shipped so what do you think. At this point I dont even want anything from them I want a refund but of course they are not answering when I call. I will never patronize Jimmy Jazz or Snipes via online or in store. This is beyond insane. Update, when I first called and the only time I spoke to a person I was told I could cancel the order. Since I wasnt able to reach a person again and the first rep never followed up. I emailed Jimmy Jazz customer service numerous times to cancell the order. I then tried calling again and noticed the message was now saying to email Snipes customer service. I emailed Snipes Customer Service and also no reply. Upon asking for the order to be cancelled I now received a speedier reply it didnt take a week and received this message. "Please be aware we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed and so we are unable to make any changes to this order. " Then immediately following that email I received another email saying the following "Get hyped! Your order has shipped." The tracking information indicated the estimated delivery day was January 8th, today is the 10th the item still has not been received. The tracking says both UPS and Fedex lol this is a joke. When I track on Fedex it says pending no scheduled delivery date available at this time. However my credit card was charged. I...

Never again! They have a return policy on the back of the packing slip and are verbally telling customers you cannot get your shipping cost back, but that’s false advertising /misleading. I am going to get my bank involved with this transaction and never buy from them again. I repurchased a smaller size shoe because when you purchase toddler shoes they have 3 sizes of youth mixed in with the sizing which is a little misleading. I repurchased another shoe in a smaller size to ship to me and I’m being charged $14.95 which is more then the bigger size shoe HOW?! I just spoke to with a Sharon in Texas DONT know is she was lying to me about her location or her name but she is trying to tell me that she apologizes I got an old return policy on the back of my receipt LMAAO. WHAT!! This is exactly how companies like this get themselves into trouble by not updating the policy PERIOD!! I can’t wait to contact my bank about this because is clearly says you get your full refund and shipping cost once they get the shoe back and it’s in perfect condition. I plan on taking pictures and a video because I don’t trust companies like this. Not even footlocker charges this much and they’ve been around longer! It shows what a rip off and what type of company Jimmy Jazz is!!...

This place is a joke. My son purchased shoes from Jimmy Jazz after seeing their page on Instagram. Initially it seemed legitimate. They said the charge wouldn't go through and then proceeded to try to run it in multiple increments in different amounts (with different company names!). HUGE RED FLAG. One amount finally went through to Jimmy Jazz and then the guy started bothering my son insistently for another payment because it had not gone through - I mean trying to contact him like 5-10 times a day! Last night 9 fraudulent charges were made to the card. Thankfully our bank caught everything. I called the company today and when I gave them the card number to pull up the order, there was an order but for something different. The lady immediately said to file a police report and that she couldn't give me any more information. What?!? Firstly, how often does this happen for this to be your immediate response? And secondly, if they know it's criminal then why don't they help? I am filing a police report and we have records of all interaction with this person - even though he tried to delete the conversations. Jimmy Jazz - if you are legit, do something about this.
