They service sucks . I wasn't home to sign for my package so I went to the post office to pick it up. I explained to the female clerk at the counter that I missed my package and I'm here to pick it up. She asked for the pink card that they normally leave at your door when you're not at home but I forgot it the pink card at home and she started to get an attitude with me because of that. I asked to speak to the manager he came out took my imformation went back inside to look for the package. He couldn't find it. He said it still on the truck and the guy didn't come back yet. What an absolute pleasure to deal with these three ladies they were all so helpful and so accommodating and soooooo sweet!!!!. They all deserve a lot of praise for their exceptional service that they give. I went inside to drop off some items and they were so helpful and walking me through the entire process. There is one lady, specifically, who needs to up her customer service game. She is always at the left most register when looking at the counter as a customer. If you try to ask any questions about packages or pricing she makes you feel as if you are wasting her time and she won’t even slow down to help you out - even if no one else is in line behind you. She once refused to give me change she said she “didn’t have any” and told me not to pay in cash. Another employee had to tell her o give me change from the register.
