Don't buy anything over 6 yards from this place unless you want to be shorted. I ordered 16.5 yards for half my shop floor. Pouring 6 inches thick slab. They quoted me over the phone said they would deliver for 50 since they were slow. They charged me 115. Load came over hour late I had hired help waiting with me. Told me they only had one big truck so had to bring two separate loads on the same truck.

First load empties seemed shy of what I figured. So we prepped for the 2nd load which took over two hours get back. While I was waiting I calculated what I got in the first load which was supposed to be 8 yards came up with just over 6 yards. So 2nd load I prepped before driver got there so I knew where the pour should end. We came up way short from my figures. I said something to the driver. He responded maybe you should poured it 4 inches thick then you would have made it. Shrugged his shoulders then left. Mister personality let me tell you.

Thought I would help out a small business but whoever is batching their concert has no clue what they are doing or maybe they do. As we are pouring I asked the driver how many yards were left their truck doesn't have meter or he didn't know how to read it or this part of their game no clue but very disappointed and obviously at 155 yards I was cheated out of 500 bucks at least. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today! They dropped off rock on my neighbors property instead of my property and they made me feel as if I was being a burden for asking them to make it right. I spoke to the owner Kevin today, he was upset and appeared to be mad at me for their mistake. He kept telling me that his employee that no longer works there would be the one to fix the problem and move the rock and did not take any responsibility for being the owner. He was quick to pawn off the problem to someone else and did not care. I asked him who is going to fix my neighbors landscaping because their rock is of white color. He said, “ I don’t know, I don’t have white rock, it’s not my problem”. I have photos and am going to send them to the BBB and local news network. Kevin, I highly recommend you treat your customers better and not make them feel as a burden when your company made the mistake. We ordered pea gravel for our outdoor dog kennel and the employee on the phone helped us pick the right amount for the size of our kennel. We probably would have gotten less than we needed if it wasn't for them so we really appreciate the advice! I found the price of delivery a little steep considering how close the we are - but it was worth it none the less and their driver was punctual and courteous. Everything went perfectly and we got our kennel done! I also liked that the site has the different type of rocks on display in front of the office.
