Whataburger — Restaurant in Fountain

First time ever at a whataburger. Did not get my food. Ordered in the drive thru, waited 10 mnutes to pay had to flag down a food runner who said she could take my card and get my order, then had to come back to my car twice to get my name which each time she was told it and that it was also on the card. 15 minutes later she came back and said I didn't order. My order was sitting at the window they tried to give it to 3 other people. I know bc I heard my name each time and the other cars say no. I also watched 5 other cars come back through the drive thru to get their drinks bc they were not giving the drinks out.
