Dutch Bros Coffee is an exceptional place that has truly made a mark in the world of coffee and energy drinks. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the friendly and enthusiastic staff who are always ready to serve with a smile. Their positive energy creates a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for your visit.
The menu at Dutch Bros is diverse, catering to a variety of taste preferences. Whether you're a coffee lover, a tea enthusiast, or in need of a refreshing energy drink, there's something for everyone. I highly recommend trying their signature drinks, like the "Annihilator" or the "Iced Kicker," which have a perfect balance of flavor and caffeine. Their seasonal specials are also worth exploring, as they often introduce unique and delightful flavors that keep things exciting.
One of the standout features of Dutch Bros is the ability to customize your drink. The staff is always willing to accommodate special requests, whether you prefer a specific milk alternative or want to adjust the sweetness level. This level of personal service makes you feel valued as a customer. In addition to the fantastic beverages, the drive-thru experience is efficient, and I've never had to wait long, even during busy times. The location is always clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
Another highlight of Dutch Bros is their commitment to community involvement. They often engage in fundraising for local charities and host events that bring people together. This dedication to giving back makes me feel good about supporting their business.
Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee is more than just a coffee shop; it's a community hub where quality meets outstanding service. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area—your taste buds...
Read moreThere are two reasons why I'm rating Dutch Bros a one-star the wait on getting a drink in line is ridiculous the one on Mesa ridge and the one on South Academy and chelton, the wait on those are 30 minutes or more when there's only like six people in line it's crazy and then you're car is stuck there's no emergency exit, so you can't get out if you wanted to get out. so you might as well sit there and order a drink because you can't get out of the line if you wanted to.... If they had more menus for people to view because having one menu two feet away from the building is mind blowing and not placed more on the beginning of the line in the middle of the line . Sometimes I can't get online and I don't know what I want to order and the barista can't help me decide. I want to either see pictures or have it explained by reading the description. So I can figure out what i want. I do not want to look online to see what I want to order. I do not want somebody to come up to my window and be invasive in my privacy. I actually want to order at the kiosk or the drive-thru speaker. Maybe I'm old school the drinks are great the atmosphere sucks the service is a one-star! If I order a protein drink 9 out of 10 times they are watery and I have to suck it up because I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes and I don't want to go back...
Read moreDon't use the drive through, I've never liked places that do the tablet order takers, every time I've gone here the order taker seems to take the order incorrectly, first time was a custom drink, and the guy just gave me random modifers i didn't ask for, which I did catch fortunately. Second time I just modifed a base drink to make it less complex and it was still messed up, was overcharged a dollar because of double sprinkles not requested. Sometimes they repeat the order back, other times they just leave without saying anything. The reason why this is concerning is because I always order decaf or occasionally half caffiene which isn't an option on the app, if they are this spotty, whats to say they forget to add decaf on someones order with a heart problem. These small levels of carelessness are ok in a vaccum but potentially very serious outside of one. Someone shouldn't need to be hyperviglient when ordering an $8 drink, people at the window are always...
