Do NOT do business with this company. While trying to promote thier business in an online doing aThanksgiving giveaway they showed thier true colors. I was the winner of a Thanksgiving Center Piece to be delivered for the holiday. Thier promotion was not very detailed and it turned out it would be had to deliver to me. I was completely understanding and they asked if I have local family they can deliver to which I do not. So I asked on my behalf that they deliver to a domestic violence shelter or a homeless shelter so they can have a beautiful center piece for thier table. They agreed that was a beautiful idea and they would get to work right away to carry out the idea! Within minutes of getting off the phone they deleted the post that I won and selected another winner. I called them and they said they weren't sure of the details but wanted to do more local so they decided to choose a different winner. I asked them how touching the hearts of local women and children multiple woman in a shelter is any different then going to someone else. She was unable to back pedal. Do not do business with these people thier hearts are NOT in the right place. This was not a giveaway to do...

Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!! Other reviews must be old as what we experienced was terrible.

Recently placed an order for flowers and chocolates for our family in USA, and the chocolates we ordered were not delivered. On top of that the flowers that were delivered were not of good quality. They barely had life in them and some were even wilted and turning brown, especially the roses in them. This has been a real let down as we did our research and checked reviews on many sites before ordering from this company. This order did not satisfy the costs we made towards it and did not meet the guartunee on the website.

We tried to contact this company after the delivery and it’s been a week and we have not heard any reply back. So disappointing and such a let-down!!

I ordered a small bouquet for a dinner table for my mom's wedding reception. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and attentive. I told her a little about my mom's personality and color preferences and placed the order. When I went in to pick it up, the folks working there were friendly and attentive. When I saw the flowers, they could not have been more perfect! My mom said that even a week later they all still looked fresh and beautiful.
