Burger Ranch of Selah — Restaurant in Selah

I called in an order for two Big Ranch Baskets. I was advised it would be ready in 15 min. I arrived within 15 minutes. When I got home, I opened the bag, There were two burgers, two small bags of fries, a bunch of crumpled napkins with a large bunch of fries thrown on top. I called Burger Ranch, I spoke to the manager and explained my disappointment with the way the fries were just thrown in on top. She said, "Maybe they wanted to give you extra fries." When I explained the fries were lukewarm, at best, she said they had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes! I reminded her that I was there within the 15 minutes I was told to be there. All the manager said, besides making excuses, was, "Have a good rest of your day." Her cavalier attitude let me know she didn't care that the food was not up to par. She didn't listen to what I was trying to say, she only made excuses. I won't be going back...

Give it up to the most DISHONEST establishment Selah has to offer. Not only will you be served completely wrong orders, and instead of following the business standard of the customer is always right you will blatantly be called a liar upon your call to correct the issue. Furthermore, instead of offering to replace the mistake if you bring it back. It is up to YOU to offer to bring the food back to which you will be told they will gladly make you the correct food if you return and ORDER it. The entire basis of customer service is that the customer is ALWAYS right. This ensures that the business is "HONEST! HONEST!!!" The icing on the cake of disrespect my fiancé received at this establishment is that my entire family, after having given up on getting our order corrected ate the food we were given and are now all home and sick with food poisoning...

Love the burgers,! Service takes long but the staff are nice. I go here all the time, they get my order wrong like 24% of the time on small things like sauces and toppings otherwise it’s solid. Fries are good. It’s a pretty old building nothing fancy and not really decorated or up to date. If you have 30 minutes to stop through a drive thru then this is solid.

EDIT: Very odd response from the owner’s reply to the original review. I think it’s worded as sloppily as the fries that are thrown in the bag. I might suggest the owner takes notes from the staff. The staff are lovely but by the diction present in the reply by the owner makes it come at a surprise. I think every successful business should take feedback to heart and look to improve.
