I have been with a public gym membership in the past for years since I started my gym journey and had found fully charged in Selah. As I was looking for a different change. When I had visited the gym was greeted and given a tour and loved it. All levels welcomed and will fall in love with the atmosphere. From the season professionals to the “I want to start and invest in myself” would recommend. The gym is 24/7 to help fit anyone’s personal schedule, bathrooms present , multiple machines and weights, amazing lighting (gotta get the gym selfie), plenty of mirrors, classes are offered along with personal coaching sessions. Nate was kind and generous enough to allow me to do a photoshoot for my upcoming bodybuilding show in his gym. I have nothing but good things to say about the place! I love the hardcore bodybuilding atmosphere. I’m an old school kind of bodybuilder so I appreciate the aesthetic, energy, and equipment the gym has to offer. I felt very welcomed since I’m from out of town. There were so many kind and supportive members there that made me feel like I had been going to that gym for years. I pray for great success for this gym because it’s worthy of it! This place used to be decent but ever since new management it has been a joke I have had this gym for a long time and finally was fed up with the pricing. They are local but still the bathroom sinks; looks like they havent been cleaned in years. The toilet paper is hung up on a bike chain; that's a complete joke. They are way understaffed, the owner asked to borrow a drill; being a business owner an asking clients to borrow their own personal tools is okay but as business owner you need to possess the correct tools you need have your gym functioning properly. Not relying in your clients to provide them. The fact that they have potty training pads all over for their pup is unprofessional/unsanitary. That's not what I want to see when I...
