Selma, AL location was super friendly. I bought two bags of feed from another TSC location last week that were moldy. I just so happen to stop at this location today for different items and asked the clerk the process to return. She said she was unsure and her manager was on break. Her manager was still inside the store and overheard the conversation. I didn’t have the feed, receipt or photos, but the manager took my word and used my rewards account to replace the items. She was this helpful even though she was off the clock. I wish I’d have gotten her name because I’d love to highlight just how helpful she was today! I will stop at this location more often...

Erika handed it back to my husband, “this doesn’t have a bar code”. Didn’t bother trying to get someone to look it up or find it herself. After spending over $700 dollars, she just handed the receipt to my husband. She never said Thank You, have a nice day, Merry Christmas..... didn’t even say Hello at the beginning of the transaction!    Read moreMy mother and I just got followed to the car and accused of shoplifting a 3+ year old crate/cat carrier (that is missing pieces, has been chewed on/obvious signs of wear and tear, and came from a Pet Supplies Plus)... with a whole cat in it. Told the lady that yes, it is our crate and that we didn't steal the cat inside it, either. The lady rolled her eyes and went back inside without even trying to apologize or say "oh" or "my bad" or anything. We were there for the vet clinic so I wanted to buy something because I felt bad.
