Courteous service is such a hard ask these days. I ordered the new nachos today and I asked if the employee could heat the rotisserie chicken that comes on it 1st before making the nachos. The employee with the pink deadlocks stopped him and told him he couldn't do it because it's a modification. Ist off a modification is a change, I wasnt changing anything. I simply have had that rotisserie chicken on multiple occasions, it's cold and the regular heat setting is not typically enough. The feeling was very unwelcoming and you couldn’t see the food or their hands while they were making the sandwich.
