Had a terrible experience with this consignment store. I had taken in clothing to sell. I called over a week before the deadline to pick-up my cloths that had not been sold. I gave two days notice that I would be coming in to pick-up my clothing as directed in their contract. When I went in to pick-up my clothing, it had not been pulled nor was my phone call giving notice logged. I then scheduled to come back in a few days to pick-up my unsold clothing. Upon arrival, once again the cloths had not been pulled and in fact they lost two of my items. They gave me less than half the listed price for the two items they lost. To make matters worse, the staff were obnoxious, rude and completely unapologetic. I would not recommend anyone take cloths to this consignment store or shop there. How in the world can you be voted “Best” with the way you treat your customers? From the moment I walked in this place, the woman who runs the consignment was nasty and rude. Coming here with my things was a total waste of time plus a demeaning experience with a toxic person. I got practically nothing for what little she took for consignment. She had so much nerve to treat me like I was an idiot. Actually told me: “well if you read the first paragraph “..in answer of my only question, eventually making a weak apology. First time dropping off clothes. Person helping me with contract/clothes was not very personable, no customer service. She mentioned their policy is no rips or stains on clothes. Out of 20 blouses she accepted 6. NONE of the blouses had stains or rips so I don't know why she didn't accept them. I've been bringing clothes to consignment shops for many years, I know the rules, and would NEVER bring clothes that aren't in good condition.
