Northwest Mississippi Community College — Local services in Senatobia

Meh, you'd be better off at Ole Miss or another college that has online classes. Recently within the past semester or so, some of the English Instructors do not know what the hell they're doing and end up grading your well done Research Paper terribly and you end up barely passing or failing the class because of them(this HAS happened multiple times in the past and it's getting old). There's also the dorms if you feel like living on campus and want to be with wannabe thugs and ghetto people trying to start drama if you even look at them funny. Few of the instructors also decide to post their assignment due dates within the last minute or so, making you do it at the last second or getting a 0 for that assignment, as well as posting mid-term and final term exams within 24 to 48 hours instead of at least 2 weeks in advance. Not to mention, they never ever grade your turned in assignments until at least 4 to 7+ days later, instead of the usual 1 to 2 day routine. I remember one bimbo instructor I had for Bio. Lab, I barely passed her classes because of her dumbassery. She would grade the assignments way too late, and give the due date at the last minute. She even went to the point of announcing the mid-term exam within 12hrs of the date it was on, instead of at least 1 to 3 weeks in advance like some teachers. Her excuse for this was that she was getting the assignments late because of some 'database' problem, I don't even. The stars would be higher (this is for Southaven Campus) but the financial aid office people are horrible and are not treating remote students with care and attention like they are for students who are able to come in person. I’m unable to register for online classes because I was unable to communicate with them despite leaving messages and emailing. And upon calling them out on this all they could do was say sorry. Like sorry? If you have a job and you’re not doing it in my opinion you do not deserve your position. Just because I’m not in front of you does not mean I do matter and I’m not needing help. The teachers are very friendly and the online classes and applications I need on the computer are much more user friendly. The financial aid office is the worst part of this school. In my opinion, more students would attend and graduate if not for the people working there....

No other choices in the area, the math and science department in Senatobia Mississippi do not care, Some of them including the dean of the department have a negative attitude toward their students, the students can be treated any way the staff, without being held accountable, professors are rude, when they speak in front their bosses they act cordial with you, when you ask for assistance without witnesses they are very hateful and pushy ! Most of them hate their jobs but they to have a click for hiring ,other professions would not tolerate this lazy kind of behavior.
