Review for the 5186 US-51 Senatobia MS, 38668
I recently had a disappointing experience at this store, which highlighted a concerning lack of professionalism and customer service. During my visit, I was informed by Scarlett a sales associate, along with Jack, a shift lead, that Abby was not in the store. However, my mother was there at the same time and confirmed that Abby was indeed present. When I brought this to their attention, Abby attempted to mislead me as well.
This level of dishonesty among the management is troubling and speaks volumes about the overall culture of this location. It's no surprise that they often struggle with staffing and low sales; the lack of effective management skills is evident. If a manager is willing to lie about their presence in the store, it's reasonable to question their honesty regarding sales figures and food loss reported to the general manager or district manager.
Ultimately, this establishment's issues are not merely about competition; they stem from poor customer service, inadequate management, and a lack of hospitality. Unfortunately, these shortcomings drive customers to choose competitors over this store, even when there are sales.

   Read moreInstead of simply giving me my pizza (I ordered online for in store pickup), I had to type a code into a computer terminal which then failed to open the door on the slot where my pizza was (The only pizza in the container). EVENTUALLY, a real live human (more or less) came over to get my pizza out and hand it to me, after asking me for my name (not as listed on the front of the machine, but my full name used to order) and looking for my pizza in the machine (again, it was the ONLY pizza in there!). And to top it off (pizza pun there) it was #$%^&*ing COLD. Really, Little Caesars? Getting a machine to fail to do the job a slow 4th grader could do better is the way you're going with this. You lost my business after tonight. For the love of all that is holy... hire someone who is more competent than a broken machine...    Read moreSo I stopped by and went inside because the drive-through person didn’t seem to be having a good day I guess. Once inside a lady named Abby I guess she is the assistant manager or something, she wasn’t helpful at all! Rude and dirty looking omg her hat alone made me NOT want to order but this is crazier!! I noticed she and other workers don’t wear gloves to prepare the food they touch money and directly go to the back then come back and you can tell NO WASHED HANDS OR GLOVES ON!!! OMG I DECIDED TO NOT ORDER ANYMORE!!! Customer service wasn’t great and she just wasn’t pleasant at all!! I feel this place needs inspection!!! Definitely they need to wear gloves to prepare food right!? Anyways I won’t be going back and recommend others to choose wisely because I don’t think people should prepare your food after they just touched money...
