I have pondered for the past couple of days on weather or not I should share this last experience with the service of this company, being I've been completely satisfied with their service in the past. However, I am very disappointed in the outcome of my last visit. For one, they pulled and showed me the transmission dip stick rather than the oil dip stick, and two, they FAILED to put oil in my vehicle and let me drive away! And...the story does not end here. Please hear my heart. I am a firm believer that we ALL make mistakes but it's the end result of that mistake that matters the most. I am in not way out to bash anyone's reputation but felt the need to share with mostly women and young adults that may not know any better, just as I did not know any better. Just know your vehicle and DO NOT drive away if it sounds like a freight train when you crank it!! That is the best indication you will get, that you are leaving without your oil.😯 Just wanted to raise awareness. I believe this was an eye opener for me as well as them. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The technician didn’t even know how many Quarts of oil to put in my vehicle, after draining my old oil out. I had to call the dealership myself to see because the technicians didn’t know. The technician advise me to take my vehicle to the dealership after changing my oil because they wasn’t sure on how many quarts my vehicle requires.
