Just had the best customer service in a very long time! I recently became a father of twins. So life is a little hectic right now. I really needed a cup of joy. So I went to Bent Tree and the staff was so helpful. My drink came out promptly, correctly and tasteful. After inconveniencing the staff since, I couldn’t get out my vehicle to come in and order. The young lady informed me about their drive through but was still willing to bring it to me. After going the extra mile already she smiles and headed me my drink on the house. Regardless if I get coffee or hot tea I am satisfied with the choice. A lot of times I will ask them to just make something good and I've never not liked it. It's always something different and something I wouldn't even think to choose for myself but it's always delicious. The staff is always super sweet and polite. My child loves getting kid frappes from them because they make them pretty, fun, and delicious. The banana nut muffin warmed is my go to and the chocolate is my runner up. Both delicious.
